The water and oil repellent protective coating "Town Guard" is a hybrid paint that contains fluoropolymer, titanium oxide, and silicone. It excels in mold prevention, corrosion resistance, and antibacterial effects, providing strong water and oil repellency to prevent deterioration such as rotting of the substrate, beautifully protecting the exterior walls. It penetrates well into exterior walls and wood, does not hinder the material's breathing (permeability and breathability), and does not compromise the texture of the material after application.
